Ferrum College

Played football at Ferrum from 1987-89 * Member of 1988 team that won South Region title and advanced to NCAA semifinals  *  Began coaching career at Ferrum as assistant coach in 2002, coached with the Panthers from 2002-04  *  Assistant football coach at Washington and Lee University 2005-2006    *  Returned to a Ferrum as Defensive Coordinator in 2007  *  Became Head Football Coach at Averett University in 2014  *  In his first five seasons with Cougars, has coached 37 All-Conference and 23 All-State, five All-Region, five Academic All-District, three Aztec Bowl and two All-America selections  *  Also coached one Conference Player of the Year, one State Rookie of the Year and one D3 Senior Classic participant
