LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Ferrum College picked up a 10-5 baseball win over Lynchburg College this afternoon on the road. The non-conference game was delayed with one out in the bottom of the eighth inning due to lightning, and when rain ensued and the game was called.
Paul Jaglowski went 3-5 with a double, a triple, three runs and an RBI for Ferrum. The Panthers piled up 15 base hits, including four for extra bases.
Jason Parker went 3-4 with a run and an RBI.

Justin Franklin and
Charles Beacom each had a pair of base hits for the Panthers.
Ferrum (17-9) used six pitchers to get the win. Starter
Tyler Milstead was credited with the win.
Mike Walters and Jordan Watkins each went 3-4 for Lynchburg (14-12). Starter Jared Millner absorbed the loss for the Hornets. He allowed seven hits and five earned runs in an inning and a third.
Ferrum is scheduled to be at home Friday, April 9, against Virginia Wesleyan College. The non-conference game will begin at 3 p.m. Prior to the game, a brief Senior Day ceremony will be held for the College graduating baseball players.
