WILSON, N.C. -- Huntingdon College scored five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to erase s 7-5 deficit and earn a 10-7 USA South Athletic Conference baseball win over Ferrum College this afternoon at Fleming Stadium.

Adam Duncan each had two base hits for the Panthers.
Sean King absorbed the loss, pitching an inning and a third in relief. King allowed one hit, four earned runs and two walks.
With the win, the Hawks (20-13, 15-8 USA South) took two of three game in the league series. Ferrum won 2-1 Thursday afternoon, only to see Huntingdon win 7-1 Friday and then 10-7 today.
Ferrum (19-15, 16-8 USA South) returns to action Wednesday, April 18, against Emory & Henry College. The non-conference game is scheduled to get underway at 7:00 p.m. at Calfee Park in Pulaski, Virginia.
