FERRUM, Va. -- Shelbi Holloman had a pair of goals and an assist to lead Roanoke College to a 4-0 non-conference field hockey win over Ferrum College this afternoon at W.B. Adams Stadium. The game was the season-opener for both schools.

The Maroons outshot Ferrum 27-2, with Holloman taking six of those. Megan Deihl scored for Roanoke in the first minute of play with an assist from Holloman.
