FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College dropped a Southern Athletic Association field hockey game to visiting Centre College, falling 5-1 this morning at W.B. Adams Stadium.

THE BASICS
The two teams played scoreless for the first seven minutes of the game, but the Colonels broke it open with four goals in the next 18-minutes to grab a 4-0 lead at the break.
Kiani Mohica scored her first goal of the season in the 55th minute of play with an assist from
Sierra Magdaleno to help Ferrum avoid the shutout.
