T.J. Agee joined the Ferrum athletics staff as head cheerleading coach in the fall of 1999. She has extensive experience in cheerleading as an athlete, summer camp instructor, judge, and coach. Agee was a standout cheerleader for the Ferrum Panthers from 1995-98, serving three years as team captain. Previously, Agee was named one of 11 finalists for the National Cheerleading Coach of the Year award.

Agee has experience in judging locally, regionally, and nationally for CHEERSPORT, Universal Spirit Association, Cheer Ltd., Eastern Cheerleaders Association, and World Cheerleading Association. Agee has also judged the World Cheerleading Championship held in Florida. With over 25 years of experience, Agee brings a wealth of knowledge to Ferrum's cheerleading program.
