BEHIND THE WHISTLE
"We did not play to our potential today. We have a lot to work on, but the future is bright. Senior Lance Keiser played well all weekend. I know he would like a few shots back, but overall he played very solid. To start the season with a third-place finish is fantastic. We hope to build off this and get ready for another event next week." --Head Coach Erick Cox

NEXT TOURNAMENT
Cox's squad will tee it back up again Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 16-17, at the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament. Hosted by Bridgewater College at Lakeview Golf Club in Harrisonburg, Virginia, the tournament is namd in honor of long-time Bridgewater Director of Athletics Tom Kinder, whose brother Ted Kinder held the same role at Ferrum for over 10 years. Ferrum has won the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament three times; in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
