FERRUM, Va. -- Hunter Goulart (197 lbs) and Tate Dulany (285) posted pins in the final two matches of the afternoon to help lead Ferrum College to a 28-13 non-conference wrestling win over Washington and Lee University this afternoon at Swartz Gym.

THE BASICS
Goulart pinned Iszak Morgan at 6:08, and Dulany decked Methew Kaminer at 6:09. Also picking up extra team points for the Panthers was Collin Saunders (149), who won a 16-3 major decision over Zachary Papin. Bailey Cooper (125), Robert Cunningham (141), Andrew Tolbert and Blake Rosenbaum (174) all won decisions for Ferrum. Tolbert picked up four near-fall points late on the match to secure his comeback win over Joseph Scott. Zach Bylykbashi (133) and Shane Conners (157) won technical falls for the Generals, while Rexx Hallyburton (184) scored a takedown with less than 10 seconds left in regulation to beat Adam Bresson 6-5.

NEXT MATCH
Ferrum will be back in action Friday, Nov. 11, at Southern Virginia University. The Panthers then host Hampden-Sydney College Sunday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m. on Military Appreciation Day.
