Welcome to Ferrum College Athletics!
The Ferrum College Sports Medicine staff are dedicated to the well-being of every student-athlete. Our mission is to provide the highest level of evidence-based care through injury prevention, assessment, and individualized treatment plans. At Ferrum, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where athletes can achieve their personal best in athletics as well as in academics.
Providing appropriate care starts with having an accurate medical history for every student-athlete. Please use the following links in regards to the required Sports Medicine pre-participation items that you will need to complete and submit by
August 1st, 2026. These items must be completed prior to participating in athletics at Ferrum College.

The pre-participation paperwork must be dated after May 1
st, 2026 and completed documents can be submitted using one of the following methods:
