Welcome to Ferrum College Athletics! Our Sports Medicine staff is dedicated to the health, safety, and overall well-being of every student-athlete. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of evidence-based care through injury prevention, comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment, rehabilitation, and education. By working closely with coaches, physicians, and campus partners, we strive to help every Panther perform at their highest level while promoting long-term health and wellness.

Providing appropriate care starts with having an accurate medical history for every student-athlete. Please use the following links in regards to the required Sports Medicine pre-participation items that you will need to complete and submit by
August 1st, 2026. These items must be completed prior to participating in athletics at Ferrum College.
The pre-participation paperwork must be dated after May 1
st, 2026 and completed documents can be submitted using one of the following methods:
