THE BASICS
JD McMillin (125 lbs) accepted a forfeit to open the match. Levi Englman (133), currently ranked #1 in the nation, posted a 3-0 win over Aaron Friedhof to remain unbeaten this season and put the Panthers out in front 9-0.

Southern Virginia's Aldair Moran beat Hayden Funk 6-4 at 141 pounds to trim the lead to 9-3, but that's as close as the Knights would get.

Smith went out in front 12-0 over Southern Virginia's Nicolas Korhonen before posting the pin at 2:19.
