LEXINGTON, Va. -- Ferrum College dropped a men's wrestling match on the road to Washington and Lee University, falling 21-18 tonight at the W&L Student Activities Pavillion.

In an evely contested match, the two teams split the 10 bouts evenly, but the Generals won three technical falls to earn the win at home.
The Panthers got major decisions from Austin Smith (149), Malik Barr (174) and Braden Homsey (197), while JD McMillin (125) and Levi Englman (133) earned decisions.
The dual meet score was deadlocked 18-18 after nine matches and came down to 285-pounds match, where Washington and Lee's Clay Chadwick eked out a 3-2 win in overtime over Carlos Leyva.
