LEXINGTON, Virginia -- Ferrum College's equestrian team competed Sunday, March 21, at the Washington and Lee University and Hollins University Horse Show, held at the Virginia Horse Center.
THE BASICS
Junior Hattie Rieck had the Panthers' highest finish with her second-place showing in Introductory Equitation. Freshman Saige Stuart-Hughes posted a third-place finish in Intermediate Fences.
Stuart-Hughes also placed in another event, Intermediate Flat, where she finished fifth.
Senior Lindsay Koogler placed fifth in Limit Flat, sophomore Grace Howell was fifth in Limit Fences, and senior Emma Williams was fifth in Novice Equitation.
