LEXINGTON, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's wrestling match tonight on the road, falling 27-7 to Washington and Lee University at the Richard L. Duchossois Athletic and Recreation Center.

THE BASICS
Washington and Lee picked up a pair of major decisions at 125 and 133 pounds to open an 8-0 advantage, then expanded the lead to 14-0 after four matches. Christian Hite (157 lbs) got the Panthers on the scoreboard with a 10-2 major decision over W&L's Harper Meacham to make it a 14-4 match.

The Generals picked up wins at 165, 174, 184 and 197 to make it a 27-4 lead. Ferrum's Rayshawn Dixon (285) closed out the night with a 6-3 decision over Matt Majoy for the final 27-7 count. Dixon improved to 12-1 with the win.
