Panthers Beat NCW in Women's Lacrosse

MYRTLE BEACH, South Carolina -- Ferrum College's women's lacrosse team picked up a Spring Break non-conference win over North Carolina Wesleyan College, winning 11-6 this afternoon at Ashley Booth Field.

THE BASICS
Reagan Aldridge led the Panthers with four goals, while Willow Cooper had three goals and a pair of assists. Erin Reynolds added three goals and Sydney Kincaid had two assists. Goalkeeper Faith Chubbuck (W, 1-0) played all 60 minutes between the pipes for Ferrum, making five saves and earning her first win in net this season.

Coach Karen Harvey's team will be back in action Tuesday, March 7, against Wilkes University. Game time for the non-conference game is set for 1:00 p.m. back at Ashley Booth Field.
