MT. GILEAD, North Carolina -- Ferrum College's men's golf team wrapped up tournament play at the Jack Ingram Invitational, hosted by Pfeiffer University Monday and Tuesday, September 30 through October 1, at Tillery Tradition Country Club. The Panthers finished ninth in a field of 11 teams.

INDIVIDUAL
Southern Virginia's Caden Bertnagole earned medalist honors with a 74 on day one and concluding with a tournament-record 67 on day two to finish with a 141. He edged Ian Williams from William Peace, who finished one shot back with a 142. SVU's Nikko Taggart and Nick Johnson both shot a 144, as did host Pfeiffer's Eddie McDonald and Connor Key, to finish in a four-way tie for third place.
FERRUM FIVE
Tiaan Diedericks led for Ferrum with a two-day 153 to tie for 19th place in a field of 60 individuals.
Wyatt Larson finished tied for 28th at 157 for the Panthers.

Elam Ruff's team will be back in action Monday and Tuesday, October 14-15, at the Battle of Bulle Rock. Arcadia University will host the tournament at Bulle Rock Golf Club in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
