FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College dropped a Conference Carolinas women's lacrosse game at home to Young Harris College, falling 25-1 this afternoon at at W.B. Adams Stadium.

THE BASICS
Young Harris, which opened league play with today's game, scored three goals in the first two minutes of play, and led 8-0 lead after one quarter. Ferrum's
Micaiyah Dickerson scored an unassisted goal 33 seconds into the second quarter to break up the shutout.
The Mountain Lions added five goals in the second quarter to take a 13-1 lead at the break. YHC added six goals in the third quarter to extend the lead to 19-1, then closed it out with six goals in the fourth quarter for the final count.
