White served as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Earlham College, a Division III program in Richmond, Indiana. His responsibilities included player development, scouting and recruiting, gameday set-up, mentoring players, managing social media accounts, and monthly newsletters. At his time with the Quakers, Earlham had a student-athlete lead all of DI, DII, and DIII in 3-point FG %, they recorded the most conference wins in a season in 15 years, and they led all of DIII in 3-point FG % as a team.
White also spent three years prior to Earlham at Lincoln Middle School as the Basketball and Track Coach where he was able to teach young athletes the proper techniques and skills to be successful in each sport.
A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, White was a guard at Land Lake College and eventually ended up at Mercer University, where he was named to the Atlantic Sun All-Tournament Team in 2014. White also led the conference in 3-point percentage (43%) that same year. After his college days, White went overseas to Australia to play in the South East Australian Basketball League for one season, where he was the youngest import in league history (21) and averaged 18 points, four assists and three rebounds a game.
