Kwajay Witcher joined the Ferrum athletics staff in August 2024 as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. He previously served as Community Fitness Instructor/Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ferrum's Fitness Center before joining the athletics staff. In August 2026, his title changed to Director of Strength & Conditioning and College Fitness.Â
Witcher played football four years at Ferrum, earning second team All-Conference as a defensive back. He also ran track two seasons for the Panthers, earning third team All-Conference in the 4x400 relay.
Witcher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2023, majoring in Exercise Science with a Coaching minor. He is a Personal Training Certified through American Council of Exercise (ACE) as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Witcher also previously interned as an undergraduate student with Ferrum's football team as a strength & conditioning coach.
