2017 NCAA Div. III East Regional
ROCKY MOUNT, Va. -- Ferrum College leads a field of 19 teams at the NCAA Div. III East Regional, being hosted by the Panthers at Franklin County High School. Ferrum has accumulated 69 points, 13.5 points ahead of second-place New York University (55.5). Ursinus College (53.5), Stevens Institute of Technology (52.5) and Centenary College (45) round out the top five teams.

THE BASICS
Six Ferrum wrestlers made it through into tomorrow morning's semifinal round, which begins at 9:00 a.m., and another three are in the consolations. Ferrum's semifinalists include

Tate Dulany (285). Also still alive in the tournament are

Adam Bresson (184). The top three wrestlers in each weight class advance to the NCAA Div. III National Championship, to be held March 10-11 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Meister is a two-time NCAA qualifier, who made All-America last year with a 6th-place finish at the NCAA Tournament.
