THE BASICS
Virginia Wesleyan took the first game 25-13, to take a 1-0 lead in the match. Ferrum battled back to win a close game two, 25-23. A kill by Sami Kircher and Taylor Joyner was all the Panthers needed to even the match score 1-1. The Marlins cruised in game three, winning 25-8. The fourth and final game of the day was a close one, seeing the Panthers fall 25-20.
