LYNCHBURG, Virginia -- Ferrum College fell 3-1 to Randolph College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball action tonight on the road. Set scores were 22-25, 25-7, 25-18, 26-24 at Giles Gymnasium.

THE BASICS
Ferrum took the early lead after winning the first set, with the final two points coming from a
Saryn Pennell kill and a
Savanna Walker service ace. Randolph stormed back with a 9-0 start to the second set, then cruised to the win to even the match at 1-1.
In the third set, the WildCats broke open an 8-5 lead with a 7-0 run to take control. The fourth set saw Ferrum jump out to a 12-7 lead early on, only to see Randolph come back to tie the set at 22-22. The match was tied again at 24-24 when Randolph scored the final two points to end the match.
