ROANOKE, Virginia -- Ferrum College picked up a 3-0 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball win over Hollins University tonight on the road. Set scores were 25-21, 25-17, 25-14 at Howe Playing Courts.

THE BASICS
Ferrum jumped out to an 11-3 lead and held on to take the opening set, closing it out with
Makaila Veney's kill.
Hollins took an early 4-1 lead in the second set, only to see Ferrum use a 9-3 run to go out in front 10-7. The two teams battled back and forth until an
Alex Christoff kill followed by a Hollins attack error closed the set and gave Ferrum a 2-0 lead.
The Panthers led 11-9 in the third set, then went on a 14-5 run to end the set and match, wrapping things up with a kill each from
Taylor Joyner and
Shelby Waltrip.
