OBITUARY

FERRUM, Virginia -- The Ferrum College community mourns the loss of Will Patterson, who passed away on Saturday, November 5. Patterson was a freshmen on the Panther football team.

The Sanford, North Carolina, native was a first-year quarterback at Ferrum, and was loved by his teammates, friends, faculty and staff.

A funeral service for Patterson will be held Tuesday, November 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Crossroads Ministry in Broadway, North Carolina, with Pastor Mike Horton and Pastor Matt Garrison officiating.

You may pay your respects 10:00-11:00 am prior to the service, but there will not be an official receiving line. Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens with Pastor Charlie Hickman presiding.
