GREENSBORO, North Carolina-- The Ferrum College women's basketball fell tonight on the road against Guilford College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action, 68-39 in Ragan-Brown Field House.

THE BASICS
Guilford used a 13-2 run over the first eight minutes of the game, Anna Giannopoulou scored six of her eleven points in the first quarter, as the Quakers led 15-4. Guilford outscored Ferrum 27-12 in the second quarter and grew their lead by 26 at halftime, 42-16.
Ferrum kept the third quarter close, using a 7-0 run to open things up in the first two minutes.
Aisha Martin had five and
Allyson Cassell hit two free throws to spark the run. Both teams failed to score in the final two and half minutes of the third quarter. The Quakers edged the Panthers 12-11 in the fourth quarter.
