SALEM, Virginia -- The Ferrum College volleyball team closed out the 2020 Maroon Classic with two matches, one in the morning and one this afternoon, falling 3-1 to North Carolina Wesleyan College and 3-0 to Methodist University. Both matches were contested inside host Roanoke College's Cregger Center.

In the second match of the day with Methodist, the Monarchs swept Ferrum in three sets to wi 3-0. In the third set, with all things tied at 16-16, Methodist outscored the Panthers 9-2, to finish the sweep. For her efforts in the four matches at the Maroon Classic, Ferrum sophomore
