Early Goal Leads Maroons Past Panthers

FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College men's soccer team fell 1-0, at home tonight against Roanoke College, in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) matchup at Penn-Roediger Field.

THE BASICS
Less than four minutes into the game, Roanoke's Ryan Pidgeon found the back of the net, to score the lone goal on the night for Roanoke. Starting goalkeeper Michael Arzillo, kept things close and came up with two big saves, one in the first half and the other in the second half, on his 6 save night to keep it a one score game.
