ROANOKE, Virginia -- Ferrum College's women's soccer team rolled past Hollins University 9-0 at Berkley Field this afternoon in a Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) match.

THE BASICS
Ashylnn Mitcham scored the first goal the night assisted by
Jamie Adams seven minutes in the first half. Adams corner kick found
Amber Gillen's who hit off her leg to the score the second goal, ten minutes later.
Bri Bitz scored the third goal off her own rebound shot, at the 31:55 mark. Four minutes later,
Sarah Crawford's pass from the right side to an open
Alondra Vera, who struck it to the back of the net.
Vera scored the next goal from an assist from
Sayda Rojas-Campbell in the 42nd minute. Crawford then got on the score sheet with a goal of her own from a pass by
Aubrie Hixon, with less than a minute left in the first half.
In the second half Bitz scored her second goal of the night to put the Panthers up 7-0, just two minutes into the second half.
Jadyn Patton scored a goal to extend the lead to 8-0 in the 54th minute. Mitcham scored the final goal of the game, from an assist by
Jessie Howison to finish up the night three minutes.
