Shawn Baxter drove in a run to tie things up 3-3. Lynchburg took the lead in the bottom of the fifth 4-3.
Clayton Michael gave the Panthers the lead with a solo homerun to lead off the sixth inning, 4-3. The Hornets got one back in the bottom half of the inning to retake the lead 5-4.Â
