FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College's women's soccer team remain undefeated following today's 5-0 non-conference home win over Regent University this afternoon at W.B. Adams Stadium. The win is Ferrum's fifth by shutout this season.

THE BASICS
Jamie Adams got Ferrum on the scoreboard first with a goal at the 10:35 mark with off a
Breanna Herlihy pass.
Ashlynn Mitcham added a goal nine minutes later, with
Bri Bitz earning an assist. Bitz then got in on the scoring with a goal in the 29th of play, with
Amber Nichole Gillen earning the assist and the 3-0 lead held up through the break.
The second half was scoreless until the 71st minute of play when
Alondra Vera scored for the Panthers. Following a foul by Regent in the box,
Taylor Dutko converted a penalty kick at the 74:06 mark to make it a 5-0 game.
