Conference Carolinas Release

FERRUM, Va. -- Conference Carolinas has released the 2026 Women's Soccer All-Conference Team, and Ferrum College junior Brianna Herlihy has earned third team recognition.

This is Herlihy's second time in as many seasons earning All-Conference honors, including last year when she also earned third team. A junior forward from Frankfort, Illinois, Herlihy led the Panthers in scoring this season with 27 points on 13 goals and one assist.

She was named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week on September 26 after scoring four goals and adding an assist in Ferrum's 5-2 home win over Virginia State University. She scored the game-winning goal in that contest in the 58th minute.

Herlihy also scored the game-winning goal in Ferrum's 1-0 win at Shaw University on September 9, finding the back of the net in the 84th minute to secure the non-conference road victory. Ferrum is led by eighth-year Head Coach Erin Saleeby, whose team finished 2-13-1 overall this season.
