FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College fell 7-0 to the University of Mount Olive in a Conference Carolinas men's tennis match Tuesday afternoon, March 24, at the Burrows Tennis Courts.

THE BASICS
Mount Olive claimed the early advantage by sweeping all three doubles matches to secure the doubles point. The Trojans earned wins at No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 to take a 1-0 lead heading into singles play.
Ferrum battled in multiple singles matches, particularly at the top of the lineup.
Emanuel Ferreira pushed Kristoffer Dalbak to three sets at No. 1, while
Sebastian Ondas and
Tobi Teller also forced deciding sets at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. Despite the strong efforts, Mount Olive prevailed in each of those matches to maintain control. The Trojans secured straight-set wins at No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6 singles to complete the sweep.
