Jill Adams became Ferrum College's Title IX Coordinator in December 2021. Adams' full title is Dean of Campus Life and Title IX Coordinator. She previously served as Ferrum's Associate Director of Graduate and Online Programs and Transfer Student Coordinator. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Dean and Title IX Coordinator at Averett University.

Adams earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Bluefield College in 2009. She went on to earn her Master of Education in Human Services, Health and Wellness from Liberty University in 2021.
