Antonio Carrabota

Antonio Carrabota joined the Ferrum men's soccer staff after a career at Radford University and at Ferrum. He will be in charge of the strength and conditioning and fitness programs. Carrabotta was a four-year starter on the Thomas Dale High School varsity team. A Richmond, Virginia, native, he was a member of the Richmond Kickers Academy team that competed in the Nike Developmental Academy League. Carrabotta played in two NCAA Div. I Tournaments while at Radford, and played a huge role in Ferrum men’s soccer’s best record since 2013 last year. Outside of the college game he was also a member of the RVA team that won the NPSL National Title in 2013.

Carrabota has been an active coach around the Richmond area, coaching for the Richmond Strikers youth programs, Own Touch Southside and the Boys JV Coach at Maggie Walker High School. Carrabota holds a WITTS personal trainer certification from the University of Richmond as well as some youth coaching licenses. Antonio will graduate from Ferrum in December 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance.
