Morgan Milligan came to Ferrum as Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach in July 2023 from Concord University, and was promoted to Head Women's Volleyball Coach in May 2026. 

In her first three seasons with the Panther women's volleyball team, Milligan was involved in all facets of the program, including recruiting, budgeting, travel, practice planning, game preparation, and social media.

During her time at Concord, Milligan oversaw academics of student-athletes, recruiting visits, and everything from practice to coordinating travel events. She also served Director of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

Milligan graduated from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise with a Bachelor of Arts in 2020. She went on to earn her Masters in Educational Leadership from Concord in 2022.
