FERRUM, Va. -- AJ Lee had a pair of goals to lead Methodist University to a 5-0 USA South Athletic Conference men's soccer win over Ferrum College this afternoon at Penn-Roediger Field. Prior to the game, a Senior Day ceremony was held for Micah Abel, Stuart Bennett, Anthony King and Cristian Turcios.

Frank Barone's goal in the ninth minute of play proved to be the game-winner for the Monarchs (13-2-1, 8-2 USA South). Also scoring for Methodist were Eirik Nordseth, who converted a penalty kick at 47:17, and Tyler Ursay.

Joe Martin played all 90 minutes in net for the Panthers (4-12-2, 2-7-1 USA South), making six saves. Alex Rabone also went the distance for Methodist with three stops.
