FERRUM, Va. -- Danny Keo was the lone winner for the Panther men as Ferrum College was swept by Covenant College in a USA South Athletic Conference tennis doubleheader this afternoon at the Burrows-Skenns Tennis Courts. The Scots beat Ferrum 8-1 in the men's match, and blanked the Panther women 9-0.

Keo posted a straight sets win at #5 singles, beating Covenant's Roy Anderson 7-5, 6-4. Chris Madonna played well at #6 singles before falling 6-3, 6-4. Both Ferrum teams will be back in action Sunday, March 8, at home against USA South opponent Piedmont College.
