CARY, N.C. -- Ferrum College won its sixth straight game with tonight's 9-1 USA South Athletic Conference baseball win over William Peace University, played at the USA Baseball National Training Center.

How It Happened
The Pacers scored a run in the bottom of the first inning and held the 1-0 lead through four innings. Austin Winkles sent a ball over the left field fence for a solo homer in the fifth inning to tie the game. Anderson Ramos scored on Lucas Stevers' RBI single to left field in the sixth inning for the eventual game-winning run. The Panthers scored six more runs in the seventh inning to put the game out of reach, and added a run in the ninth.
