FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College has announced online sale of football season tickets. The Panthers are headed into the 68th season of collegiate football, dating back to the inaugural season in 1955.

Third-year Head Coach Coach Cleive Adams and the Black Hats open the season Thursday, September 1, at University of Virginia at Wise, with a 7:00 p.m. kickoff at Beaty-Richmond Field at Carl Smith Stadium. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools.

The Panthers will play their home opener Saturday, September 10, against another first-time opponent, Muskingum University (Ohio). Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. at W.B. Adams Stadium.

This is Ferrum's first season ticket opportunity. Season passes cost $40 and cover all five home games.
