GAMBIER, Ohio -- Ferrum College dropped a non-conference field hockey game to Kenyon College this afternoon on the road, falling 8-1 at Benson Bowl Field.

Ella Haskins opened scoring early in the game for Kenyon, putting a shot into the Ferrum cage at the 3:17 mark. Ferrum's
Brynn Probert evened the score at 1-1 when she scored unassisted three and a half minutes later.
It was all Kenyon from there, as the home team scored seven straight to end the game. The Owls got a goal each from Grace Lane, Ella Adamec and Maren Lawrence to lead 4-1 at the break, then added four second-half goals for the final tally.
