DANVILLE, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's soccer game tonight at Averett University, falling 3-2 at Daly Field.

THE BASICS
Averett's Alex Soerensen scored a goal 4:25 into the game, then Jonthomas Buckley made it a 2-0 game at the 28:37 mark.

Jonathan Nicacio got Ferrum on the scoreboard with an unassisted goal at 74:24 to trim the lead to 2-1, but Hayden Brown scored for the Cougars eight minutes later in the 83rd minute of play.

Leo Galpin scored with 1:24 left in the game off an assist from Payton Rausch, but that's all the Panthers would get.
