SALEM, Virginia -- The Ferrum College Women's Soccer team fell 1-0 on the road to Roanoke College tonight in Old Dominion Athletic Conference action at Kerr Stadium.

THE BASICS
Roanoke scored the only goal on the night, 17 minutes into the game, when Brooke Nicholson's shot found the bottom right corner. Ferrum was limited to just two shots in the first half. Panthers Goalie Ashli Wuss stood strong in the net, saving all seven of the shots on goal she faced. Roanoke's defense held strong in the second half and allowed just one corner kick and four shots on goals.
