Men's Soccer Drops ODAC Game at Roanoke

SALEM, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's soccer game to Roanoke College, falling 2-0 tonight at Kerr Stadium.

THE BASICS
Roanoke's Ryan Pidgeon put a shot into the lower left corner of the Ferrum net off a free kick in the 14th minute of play to open scoring, and the 1-0 Maroon lead held through halftime.

The two teams battled through the opening 33 minutes of the second half, then Jake Berecz deposited a shot in the left side of the net off a pass from Pacifc Ibanzii at the 78:05 mark.
