ROANOKE, Virginia -- Ferrum College earned an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball win on the road over Hollins University, winning 3-0 tonight at Howe Playing Courts. Set scored were 25-22, 26-24, 27-25. The win was Ferrum's third straight.

THE BASICS
Ferrum led 13-10 in the first set, but Hollins tied the match at 16-16, again at 20-20, then again at 22-22. From there, a pair of
Carsyn Diggs service aces and a Hollins attack error sealed the win to put Ferrum up 1-0 after one set.
In the second set, Ferrum trailed 21-19, but used a 7-3 run down the stretch.
Chloe Pfuntner scored the last two points for the Panthers, both off
Harleigh Propst sets, to make it a 2-0 match.
The third and final set was a nail-biter, with 16 ties. Ferrum trailed 25-24, but rallied to score three straight points to take the set and match.
Airiana Beverley had a kill off a Propst set to make it 25-25, then Propst posted a kill off a
Kalee Bunn set to help the Panthers go out front 26-25, followed by a Bunn service ace to end the match.
