BRIDGEWATER, Virginia -- Ferrum College's volleyball team dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) match at Bridgewater College Friday, November 1, losing 3-0 at Nininger Hall. Set scores were 25-11, 25-7, 25-10.

THE BASICS
Ferrum got off to a slow start, falling behind 8-0 in the opening set, and was never able to close the gap.
The second set was tight early on, with
Harleigh Propst's kill from a
Kenzee Chaffin set trimming Bridgewater's lead to 6-5. The Eagles went on a 19-2 run to close the set out and take the two sets to none lead.
A kill by Airiana Beverly and an attack error by Bridgewater made the third set score 2-2. Bridgewater once again mounted a huge rally, out-scoring Ferrum 23-8 from there to take the third set and complete the ODAC win.
