Ferrum Men Drop ODAC Game at Home

FERRUM, Virginia -- Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's soccer game this afternoon at home to Shenandoah University, falling 4-0 at W.B. Adams Stadium.

THE BASICS
Shenandoah got on the scoreboard first with a goal by Chinedu Ikem at the 23:55 mark with an assist from Kyle Welch, and the 1-0 lead held up through halftime.

SU's Nathan Yared found the back of the net in the 60th minute of play, with Ikem being credited with an assist, to make it a 2-0 game.

Yared then scored another goal at the 89:00 mark to make it 3-0, and converted a penalty kick for the Hornets 44 seconds later to close out the game.
