2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer All-Conference Team

FERRUM, Va. -- The 2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer All-Conference Team has been announced and Ferrum College's Breanna Herlihy has been included in the post-season honors.

Herlihy has been named to the All-Conference third team for her part in leading Ferrum to a 7-8-2 regular season record, including a 5-8 mark in league play. A sophomore midfielder from Frankfort, Illinois, Herlihy is Ferrum's scoring leader with eight goals and four assists for 20 points. Three of her goals were game-winners this season. 

Francis Marion University grabbed three of the four top honors, with Tahya Dave' earning Offensive Player of the Year, Alana Hunt Defensive Player of the Year and Sam Holmes Coach of the Year. Scarlett Hirschy from Young Harru=is University was named Freshman of the Year. The complete All-Conference Team is listed below.

Ferrum is the #11 seed in the 2025 Conference Carolinas Tournament, winning a first round game on November 5 at #6 seed Showan University, 3-2 in overtime. The Panthers, now 8-8-2 overall this season, travel Saturday, November 8, for a quarterfinal game at #3 seed UNC Pembroke. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. in Pembroke North Carolina.
