WINSTON-SALEM, North Carolina - Ferrum had a strong showing at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Jahmal Jones led the way, capturing his first-ever Conference Carolinas individual championship in the 60m sprint. Overall, the Ferrum men finished 9th with 23 points, and the women finished 10th with 17.5 points, marking a notable presence across multiple events. Freshman
Zenallah Hatcher-Simmons earned a podium finish with third place in the shot put. Mount Olive won both the men's and women's indoor championship.
