FERRUM, Va. -- Visiting Roanoke College handed Ferrum College a tough 4-3 non-conference women's tennis loss this afternoon at Burrows Tennis Courts.

THE BASICS
Roanoke grabbed the doubles point by winning at No. 1-2 doubles and getting a forfeit at No. 3 spot to take an early 1-0 lead. The Maroons then won at No. 3 singles and got forfeits at No. 5-6 singles to eke out the win.

Olivia Eisenman earned a hard-fought win at No. 4 singles for the Panthers.
