DUE WEST, S.C. -- Ferrum College and Erskine College battled to a scoreless draw Thursday afternoon at Ralph Lundy Field in the 2026 men's soccer season opener for both teams.

THE BASICS
Ferrum and Erskine are both Conference Carolinas members, but this was scheduled as a non-conference game. The Panthers finished with a 12-7 advantage in shots and generated all three of their corner kicks in the second half, but neither team could find the back of the net.
Ferrum outshot Erskine, 12-7, including a 10-3 advantage in the second half. The Panthers put one shot on goal, while Erskine finished without a shot on frame. Ferrum held a 3-2 advantage in corner kicks.
