Brian Clarke had 21 points as Ferrum College fell 87-71 to Greensboro College in non-conference men's basketball action tonight on the road. The loss snapped a three-game win streak by the Panthers.
Alek Ayer had 15 points, and
Jamal Pullen had 14 points, five rebounds and five assists.
Rashawn Speas had 13 points and nine rebounds for the Panthers, who trailed 50-36 at halftime.
Devan Gregory led the Pride (10-13) with 19 points, with four others joining him in double figures. Raheem Martin had 17 points, Tracy Jester had 16 points, Edric Roberts had 14 points and Will Griffin had 10 points.
Ferrum (10-13) closes out regular season action with a pair of USA South road games Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22-23. Coach Bill Tharp's team plays at Methodist University Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and at North Carolina Wesleyan College Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
